Follow the rules of the studio

Disclose with your clients that you are renting. Do not lead you client to believe you are the owner of the studio… That’s weird.
Your studio time starts and ends as booked. Additional time may be added if available. Shooting will become disabled at the end of your session, if you need more time you will have to book additional time before continuing shooting.
Stay on the plexiglass: The studio will provide a sheet of plexiglass to protect the backdrop. No one should ever step on the backdrop paper without the plexiglass. There will be a $20 Backdrop damage fee if you or your client cause damages to the backdrop paper.
Heavy Marijuana Oder: Heavy Marijuana Oder is not acceptable. You or your client will not be allowed to shoot and will be asked to leave. (deposits are non-refundable)
Nudity or sexy/revealing attire: You will have to book the “studio lockdown” option if your client is planning to be exposed or wear revealing clothing. At any given time, children and families may be in the studio. The “Lockdown option” will avoid others from being in the studio during your shoot time. Use your better judgement to decide what’s inappropriate or communicate with the studio prior to booking if you are unsure.
Groups: For a group of 7 individuals or more (including Photographer), you must choose the “Studio Lockdown” option. This includes tag-a-longs and family members. Example: If 1 Photographer brings 5 individuals into the studio, then normal booking is ok. If that same 1 Photographer has 6 or more individuals in studio, he/she must book the “Studio Lockdown” option.
NO Pets, NO GLITTER, NO CONFETTI
Clean Behind yourself: Please clean behind yourself and your client(s). This includes changing room and restrooms as well as the shooting area.
Communicate with your client: COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CLIENT!!, COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CLIENT!! Please communicate these rules with your client because booking deposits are non-refundable.
Again, Communicate these rules with your client prior to booking.
